Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Melodreams subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at me.melodreams.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

2. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Because Melodreams provides immediate access to digital services upon payment, refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided.

However, as an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not yet used the Service significantly, you may request a full refund.

Once you have actively used the Service (logged in, customized your page, accessed features, etc.), the right of withdrawal is considered exercised and no refund will be issued for that period.
