1. What is Melodreams?
Melodreams is a privacy-first link-in-bio platform that gives every creator one clean, beautiful personal page at melo.bio. No tracking, no ads, no noise — just you and your audience.
2. How do I create an account?
Go to melodreams.com, click “Claim Your Username”, and sign up with your email. You’ll need an active subscription to publish your page.
3. Is Melodreams free?
Basic access requires a paid subscription: $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year. There is no completely free tier — the small fee keeps the platform ad-free, tracker-free, and focused on creators.
4. What is melo.bio?
melo.bio is where your public page lives. For example: melo.bio/@yourusername. It’s the only place visitors see — simple, fast, and completely private by default.
5. What is the Studio Dashboard?
The Studio is your private analytics area. It shows real visitor counts, click-through rates, and which links perform best — all without any third-party tracking.
6. What are Gems and the Theme Marketplace?
Every Pro subscriber receives 2,500 gems every month. You can use them to unlock premium themes or special drops in the Marketplace.
7. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in your account settings at me.melodreams.com. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Is my data private?
Yes. We collect almost nothing, use no analytics or advertising trackers, and never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. What is the age requirement?
You must be at least 16 years old. Accounts belonging to users under 16 are immediately terminated. See our Parent’s Guide for more information.
10. How do I report inappropriate content or a bad username?
Email us at melodreams@melodreams.com. For urgent safety issues, use melodreams@melodreams.com. We have zero tolerance for prohibited content.
11. Is Melodreams available in my country?
We are currently in beta and expanding gradually. If access is restricted in your region, you will be redirected to access.melodreams.com with more information.
